Wonderful Os

By Liv-Randi Lind and Oddmund Lunde

This book is a photographic safari through the exciting diversity that Os has to offer. The authors/ photographers are part of the summer festival, a weekend filled with several blues and jazz concerts, various artistic activities and crowds of people enjoying themselves. Norway’s national boat - the Oselvar - and traditional rose painting are also included in the book, as are the international violin virtuoso Arve Tellefsen on Lysøen and Vargavågen’s secret past. The beautiful and varied landscape scenery and some of the wildlife are also included. This is a portrait of Os as seen by the photographers, both from the ground and the air.
